1. Definitions

• "Lumivest" / "We" / "Us" refers to Lumivest Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual accessing our website or participating in our programmes.
• "Programme" refers to any of our structured financial education offerings including Money Mindset Fundamentals, Tax-Smart Strategies for Professionals, and Holistic Wealth Navigation.
• "Services" refers to all programmes, materials, consultations, and related offerings provided by Lumivest.
• "Website" refers to our online presence at https://lumivest.live.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any Lumivest programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Singapore to use our services.

3. Service Description

Lumivest provides financial education programmes designed to improve participants' understanding of personal finance, including topics related to behavioural finance, Singapore personal income tax, CPF planning, investment frameworks, insurance, and estate considerations.

Important: Lumivest provides education and information only. Nothing delivered in our programmes, website, or communications constitutes personalised financial advice, investment advice, or tax advice as defined under applicable Singapore regulations. Participants should seek advice from a licensed financial adviser for specific financial decisions.

Programmes are available to individuals in Singapore. Geographic restrictions may apply for online participation; enquire with us for details.

4. Enrolment and User Accounts

Enrolment in a Lumivest programme requires submission of contact details and payment of the programme fee. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate. Lumivest reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion, with a full fee refund provided.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Attend sessions with respect for other participants and facilitators
• Maintain the confidentiality of personal financial information shared by other participants in group sessions
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written permission from Lumivest
• Not use our services or materials for commercial purposes without our consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programmes — including course materials, workbooks, written blueprints, frameworks, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Lumivest and protected under Singapore copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or otherwise distribute Lumivest materials without written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are as published on our website at the time of enrolment and are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment is required before access to programme sessions is granted.

We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Payment details will be confirmed upon enrolment.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation 7+ days before programme start: Full refund less a SGD 30 administrative fee.
• Cancellation within 7 days of programme start: 50% refund or a full credit transferable to a future cohort.
• Cancellation after programme commencement: No refund. A credit note may be issued at our discretion where extenuating circumstances apply.
• Lumivest cancellations: In the unlikely event we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. Lumivest makes no representations that:

• Programme content will meet your specific financial objectives
• Any particular financial outcome will result from participation
• Information provided is appropriate for your individual financial circumstances without independent verification

Financial education involves general information. Lumivest does not accept responsibility for decisions made by participants based on programme content without appropriate professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Lumivest's total liability to you shall not exceed the programme fee paid by you. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on programme content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lumivest, its directors, facilitators, and staff harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

Lumivest may terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to other participants. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

You may terminate your participation at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund policy in Section 8.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lumivest regarding use of our services.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it subsequently.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
